Fred Coppoolse, your Dutch owner / captain has been in the charter
business for over 15 years. Together with his efficient, well-maintained
yacht make your vacation unique and unforgettable.
So, get ready to sail.
Many beautiful islands are waiting for you!
Fred Coppoolse, from Holland, has been cruising the Caribbean
and East Coast of America since 1990. An expert in the West Epoxy
System of boat construction, Fred has built and sailed seven boats
from 40 to 47 feet. BUSTER is Fred's first "store-bought"
yacht - but he has completely customized her!
A tireless reader with wide musical tastes, Fred’s background
is in graphic arts and design. He started his sailing career over
thirty years ago in the North Sea and happily retired from a successful
marine distribution business to the warmer climes of the Southern
Caribbean.
With a natural love of travel and adventure, Fred spent time
"in between boats" traveling through Australia and Indonesia.
A cordial and friendly host, Fred is a great fan of American hospitality,
and speaks English fluently (along with Dutch and German) and
likes to return the warm welcome he has experienced in his worldwide
travels.
Fred has called the Grenadines home for over a decade, having
run his prior yacht Buster as the "house yacht" at the
luxury Young Island Resort for several seasons. After welcoming
the hotel's discerning guests aboard for short sails, Fred now
very much enjoys term charters and the opportunity to show guests
more of the beautiful Caribbean cruising grounds.
For those interested in sailing - from beginners to would-be
world cruisers, or even celestial navigation - Fred is a willing
and able teacher. He is a tireless snorkel instructor, trawls
an optimistic fishing line and has learned to BBQ like a Texan,
but he's trading in the windsurfer for a new sea kayak!

throughout Switzerland. Séverine has been cooking aboard
Buster since January 2004.
She relishes the challenge of new experiences and is determined
to make a success of everything she undertakes. Séverine
