72' Irwin Ketch
The main saloon was huge with lots of pretty Caribbean colors and each of the cabins had queen sized bunks and individual heads with stall showers. Everything was so light and airy.
You know how we love to sail and we were pleased that something so comfortable could sail so well. Most of the days we took short morning sails arriving at our anchorage by noon. A delicious lunch was served topside under the canopy, and we spent afternoons snorkeling in crystal clear waters, water-skiing, playing with the sailing dinghy or windsurfing. A couple of afternoons we tested our land legs exploring little villages and strolling deserted beaches.
Elegant dinners each evening made us think we were in a four star restaurant rather than on a sailboat, but what we miss most is sitting in the cockpit under the stars enjoying cappuccino, warm breezes, relaxing conversation and good friends.
