The formal dining area is situeated in a tastefully decorated,
circular room
overlooking the foredeck.
The onboard Helicopter is available for guest use at the rate of
an additional $1,000/hour. This Bell Jet Ranger III Helicopter has
space for the Pilot plus 4 guests. It has a maximium range of 300
miles.
A pair of Identically sized King cabins round out the accommodations.

Jesse Badger Captain
Our Captain hails from Kennebunkport Maine, a small coastal village
with deep roots in the maritime community. A sailor from the age
of five, Jesse likes to say he was baptized in seawater. At the
age of fifteen, Jesse started work at the famous Chicks Marina,
which gave him an insight into the yachting world and the yachts
he was destined to command. Captain Jesse has traveled aboard
the yachts Iroquois, Amorazur II, Little Sis, D’Natalin
II, and Apogee to name a few. A United States Coast Guard Master
Mariner upon all oceans, feels comfortable knowing that you are
in safe, capable hands with Captain Jesse at the helm. Captain
Jesse and his entire crew look forward to showing you everything
the STARSHIP has to offer, and make your stay unforgettable.
Chad Johnson First Officer
Growing up in coastal New England, Chad has always had a fondness
for the ocean. From the age of 10 he has been sailing small yachts
around Newport, Rhode Island and Narragansett Bay. In his late
20’s he endeavored to try his hand at yacht deliveries.
He has sailed areas reaching Maine, Florida, the Caribbean and
the Azores. After earning his MCA and USCG licenses he served
aboard yachts in the Caribbean and Mediterranean now joining the
Starship team. Chad holds a general business degree from the University
of Rhode Island. Before he pursuing a yachting career, his previous
career included the management of small ski areas and guest services.
Distance swimming, snowboarding, and scuba diving are a few of
his recreational interests.
Matt O’Sullivan Chief Engineer
Our chief engineer comes to us from Massachusetts, New England.
A graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a B.A. in Marine
Engineering, Matt is more than qualified to keep Starship in the
pristine working order that it is. Matt has vast experience on
the commercial side of the marine industry, working as engineer
aboard bulk carriers and commercial fishing vessels. Matt’s
other interests include boxing, fishing, running and of course
traveling which he will see no shortage of on the STARSHIP.
George Skala -Pilot - upon request
Taking you to the skies and returning you safely to the decks
of the STARSHIP will be the pleasure of George Skala, pilot aboard
Starship. George comes to us from his native New York, with much
of his youth spent in his other home, Germany. With many years
spent in the hospitality industry managing five star resorts,
George is wealth of knowledge in all areas related to service.
Yet George’s real calling was from the skies. As an accomplished
commercially rated pilot with over 15 years experience and flying
skills ranging from teaching to fire fighting, George will show
you what flying the friendly skies truly means. Feel at ease asking
George any questions about flying, and if you are able, you may
ask them in any one of the other languages George is fluent in;
Portuguese, German, and French.
Sarah Prince - Chief Stewardess
With a love for the ocean, an eye for detail and ability to show
guests of the Starship the very best in service, we know you will
fall in love with our Chief Stewardess Sarah. From her incredible
table settings to her beautiful hand crafted floral arrangements,
her talent is evident everywhere you gaze aboard Starship. A native
of Brighton, England, Sarah is also a skilled hair stylist, dancer
and singer. Sarah looks forward to a long career in yachting and
aboard Starship and we are lucky to have her.
Luke Parker Deckhand
Would you like to go on a swimming adventure? Luke would love
to take you! Luke, our resident Dive Master, is more at home in
the water than on land, or so it would seem. Having been a dive
instructor in Thailand, as well as the Great Barrier Reef, Luke
has logged hundreds of dives. Do not be fooled though, Luke comes
to us from upstate New York and is at home on a pair of skis as
he is in the water. Luke has even been a ski instructor in Austria.
With his sense of adventure attitude and skills above and below
the surface, we are fortunate to have Luke as a member of the
Starship team.
JJ Atkins Deckhand
On every boat it always seems there is one member of the crew
with an interest in all things musical, on Starship its JJ. With
a degree from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, JJ is
an accomplished guitarist as well as a talented singer. JJ is
also very active in the sporting realm, with interests that include
sailing, skiing, surfing, scuba diving and wake boarding. So don’t
be surprised to see JJ putting on a concert for you in the evenings
or teaching you the finer intricacies of staying upright on a
wakeboard during the day.
Elizabeth Tamez Stewardess
A native of San Antonio Texas, with a B.A. in International Relations,
Elizabeth has held some exciting jobs. She has worked as an NBC
News Producer, been a concierge in hotels from Cozumel, Mexico
to Atlanta Georgia, and now travels the world aboard the Starship!
Elizabeth also enjoys designing jewelry and collecting precious
stones from across the globe and fine dining with her partner
aboard Starship, Chef Robert. Elizabeth looks forward to making
your stay aboard STARSHIP a memorable one.
Robert Condron- Chef
Serving up the wondrous delights aboard Starship is our talented
Chef Robert Condron. With over 19 years of experience beginning
at the Montreal landmark restaurant Le Gourmand, Chef Robert was
trained by acclaimed Chef Stephan Nanni, soon attaining the position
of head chef. His passion for creating culinary delights lead
him a few years later to Cozumel, Mexico as partner in La Cocay,
a Mediterranean style restaurant with an open kitchen where he
quickly developed a loyal following and stellar reputation. With
specialties like vanilla cream poached lobster, and Moroccan spiced
lamb rack with pomegranate glaze, it was not long before Robert
and his La Cocay restaurant were recognized by Foders as the best
restaurant in the Yucatan. We are very lucky to have a talent
like Chef Robert aboard and after just one of his meals we know
you will feel the same way!
