Captain Gregory Ogier and Maryna Laing have been partners for the last fourteen years,
five years of which have been spent in the Caribbean on various sailing and power vessels servicing the tourist industry. Greg has spent most of this life chartering his own vessels around the Atlantic and Indian Oceans off South Africa, as well as doing various deliveries around the world.

He currently holds the following licenses and certificates:

1. RYC/MCA Yachtmaster offshore
2. St. Maarten Ports Authority captains license
3. South African Ports Authority license
4. STCW ‘95
5. VHF Radio Operators license
6. First aid certificate
7. Private Pilot fixed wing license
8. Private Pilot Helicopter license

Maryna Laing has been employed as a Hostess and Chef working together with Greg for the past five years in the Caribbean on various sailing and motor vessels. She has a fast knowledge of modern recipes and flavors. Being a South African she also has a vast knowledge of South African Cuisine. She also holds a STCW ’95 certificate.

Between us we have extensive experience in sailing, fishing, cooking and entertainment of guests from all walks of life and really enjoy what we are doing.
Chef Maryna Laing:

Chef Maryna is an experienced cook who enjoys her work. She has a good knowledge base of working with fresh herbs and ingredients and has a vast knowledge of modern recipes and flavors.
Her main background in cooking is traditional Mediterranean and she also specializes in traditional South African cuisine, although in recent years she has had more experience in modern fusion styles of cooking and preparation
