The interior of Champagne 2 is beautiful, a showcase of Italian style and workmanship. Four cabins, three with double beds and one with twin singles, have en suite facilites and are luxuriously appointed. The air-conditioned saloon is open, spacious and flooded with light. The windows wrapping around the saloon provide a memorable 180 degree forward view. A home theater area and full bar with espresso machine create the atmosphere of a trendy New York cafe. Crew quarters, with head and shower, are separate.

Water toys were chosen to insure fun for everyone: snorkeling, water skiing, kayaking and fishing will keep guests of all ages as active as they wish to be. Water access is easy with built-in steps and swim ladders on each pontoon. Children age seven and over are most welcome and greatly fussed over.

Champagne II's Crew

Idoya Derteano and Alfredo Donvito

Alfredo was born in Naples, Italy in 1961 and was only nine years old when he participated in his first sailing race aboard an Optimist. He has sailed ever since. At 25, he bought a "Minitonner". racing with good results in different regattas and championships. In 1990, he started sailing professionally. Initially as a helmsman aboard racing yachts, later as a skipper on private yachts. In 1996, he started the charter adventure in the Caribbean with his catamaran Venezia 42' called La Maria Josè. Alfredo crossed the Atlantic 4 times, twice with a 42' monohull and twice with La Maria Josè. he sailed up and down the Caribbean for 10 years and knows the area quite well from the Virgins to Venezuela.

In June 2002 he bought Champagne 2 and completely refitted her to be certain of offering the perfect yacht to his guests. Now Champagne is a perfect charter yacht and a superb "toy" for those who will decide to spend their holidays aboard!

Idoya was born in Madrid,Spain in 1969. She loves all kinds of aquatic sports, surf, windsurf, water-skis... two yeas ago she changed her passion of the sea into her career. I Idoya is a graduate in Tourism and she loves meeting people from all walks of life, differing backgrounds and of all ages. Her passion of the sea is infectious and she will show you all the sea's secrets. I Idoya & Alfredo have both a second passion"to cook... You can taste aboard Champagne 2 a true five star menu with a of specialty of Mediterranean cooking.
